1. Services and Bookings
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book services. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Appointments: All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Professionalism: As a licensed establishment, we maintain a professional, therapeutic environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that life happens; however, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
"No-shows" may be charged the full value of the scheduled service.
3. Health and Safety
Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform your esthetician of any health conditions, allergies, or medications (e.g., Accutane, Retin-A) that may affect your treatment.
Right to Decline: For your safety, we reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if a contraindication is present.
4. Intellectual Property
